Victor Moses starts again as Chelsea pips Liverpool 1-0

Nigerian forward Victor Moses was in the starting line-up again as Chelsea beat Liverpool 1-0 in their international Champions fixture on Thursday, July 28.

Moses was impressive for Chelsea at the Rose Bowl with his direct running at the Liverpool back-line.

Moses was threatening in the opening period  before Liverpool youngster Ovie Ejarias’s had his own chance.

With just 10 men, Chelsea sat back in the second half as coach Antonio Conte brought in Juan Cuadrado, Pedro and new signing Michy Batshuayi.

Moses and his Chelsea teammates face Real Madrid next while Liverpool play AC Milan next up in the ICC.
