Justin Bieber Deletes His Instagram After Selena Gomez Feud – and Twitter Throws a #JustinDeactivatedParty

Justin Bieber has deactivated his Instagram account.

Days after the 22-year-old singer’s threats to make his Instagram private spurred a very public feud with Selena Gomez and Hailey Baldwin, the “Baby” singer has taken it to the next level and walked away entirely from the popular social networking site.

His exit in the early hours of Tuesday quickly inspired a #JustinDeactivatedParty on Twitter, with even many of his most loyal “Beliebers” criticizing the singer and waving him goodbye.

“If he can’t handle the hate, he should not be famous,” one fan wrote.

“When you wake up and realize Justin deactivated over a 17-year-old girl,” another said.

“I’m just going to sit back and watch people defend their idol who chose a girl over them,” added one.

While his fans may have felt abandoned, others laughed off the drama.

Bieber first threatened to leave Instagram after his rumored relationship with new flame Sofia Richie was met with criticism from fans.

“I’m gonna make my Instagram private if you guys don’t stop the hate,” the “Sorry” singer captioned a black and white photo with the 17-year-old model over the weekend. “This is getting out of hand, if you guys are really fans you wouldn’t be so mean to people that I like.”
