Manchester United manager, Jose Mourinho has banned his players from playing Pokémon Go while in camp.
Pokémon Go is a location-based augmented reality mobile game which has become an instant hit all over the world.
For Mourinho however, the game is a distraction and has warned his players from using it so as to remain focus on tactics ahead of matches.
According to Daily Star, Mlourinho has warned his players from the game two days before a game.
“Jose loves having a great relationship with his players and staff, and thinks it’s great for them to chill and relax away from training and games,” the source is quoted to say by Daily Star.
“He’s still finding his way around Old Trafford and treading carefully. The only thing he has picked up on which he’s told the lads of is his concern about Pokémon.
“He says for 48 hours before a match he wants the guys to leave it alone and concentrate on the tactics he and his staff have been working on in the days before.”
Mourinho suffered his first loss as Manchester United coach in pre-season friendly 4-1 defeat to Borussia Dortmund on Friday, July 22.
